We provide comprehensive home watch services to ensure your property remains safe and well-maintained while you’re away.

This package offers Weekly Home Inspections (4 per Month)

• Security Checks: Ensure all doors and windows are properly secured to minimize the risk of break-ins.
• Interior Condition Check: Inspect for water leaks, damage, or visible signs of mold and mildew.
• Appliance Operation: Test air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, and garbage disposals.
• Plumbing Checks: Run faucets, flush toilets, and verify the main water valve is turned off/on after each inspection (as per client request).

Maintenance Inspections

• Electrical Panel: Inspect for tripped breakers and ensure the electric water heater breaker is off.
• Pest Prevention: Look for signs of insects or rodents.
• Property Walkthrough:
  • Interior: Inspect the home, including lanai and garage.
  • Exterior: Walk the perimeter of single-family homes, checking the pool condition, screen enclosures, and signs of vandalism.

Storm & Hurricane Preparation

• Pre-Storm Preparation:
  • Inspect and secure all windows and doors, including the use of hurricane shutters or plywood.
  • Clear gutters, downspouts, and any debris around the property to prevent water buildup.
  • Check the integrity of the roof and exterior, including securing loose items.
• Post-Storm Inspection:
  • Assess for any water damage, roof damage, or fallen debris.
  • Ensure property is secure, with doors and windows still intact.
  • Report and photograph any damage or changes that occurred during the storm.
